Our basement flooded due to a faulty sump pump. I was referred to Bio Star to help get wet basement dried out and to remove damaged stuff. . Mateo and Coty (two of the nicest guys) brought in dryers and fans to get the work done . Mateo explained everything that was going on and what the next step would be. We have had an excellent experience with Disaster Response. They are truly a unique company. We have been looking for a company that can handle total building maintenance, in other words, a one stop shop. It takes a lot of time to call individual contractors for everything you need and they can handle everything we need. We hope to continue our business relationship with them for many years to come.

When our cabin completely flooded biostar was recommended to us. From start to finish they did a phenomenal job. When we called them at 5 pm on a Friday they went up that night to get started and went above and beyond. They made several trips 2 hours away in the 10 degree weather. Our cabin was completely ruined. They removed, cleaned, and professionally packed everything up and we literally had to do nothing. Dustin was organized, knowledgable , and kept us informed in every step of process. Couldn’t be happier with biostar!!

Jeramy helped us with some upstairs flooding from an a/c being plugged. He came immediately and had a plan of action and remediation to prevent mold and mildew, which also minimized the damage! Dustin and his crew were so easy to work with. We had mold in several of our classrooms and his team stayed with it until the final test was passed. They even did things to help that were not in the contract. He went above and beyond to get us back up and running as quickly as possible. Easy five star decision.

We had a flood from a broken toilet intake that had run all night. It flooded both our upstairs and downstairs .Eli, Brandon and Terrance were very thorough, professional and helpful. They did an amazing job. It took 5 days of heat and dryers to get all the water out but they did it! Living in Deerfield, DS was there within 30 minutes.

We bought a home that had some known mold issues. Dry Source was able to come in and quickly get to work so we could move in on time. Steven, Eli, and Brandon were super knowledgeable in how to find the source of the mold so they know the correct amount of flooring and cabinets to remove to prevent the mold from continuing to grow. We feel at ease knowing they did the job, and it was done 110% to protect us from the issue returning. We'd recommend them!

This company have been fantastic to my husband and I. They came out very quickly after calling them when our basement flooded over the bottom couple of steps. The communication was excellent, I never had to leave a voicemail or wait for a call back. Everything was explained well and the service was excellent. They also helped guide us through working with our insurance company and when we found out it wasn’t covered they helped set us up with a financial option to get it covered at an excellent price. Would definitely recommend to all of our friends family and neighbors

Swept Away was recommended quickly by our plumber as water damage was in progress with a broken hot water pipe. Joana and Sequoiah came out right away to ensure the least amount of damage. Though it took a while to get everything dried out and fixed up, Swept Away was up front and communicative at every turn. They were honest and thorough. We are thankful for Swept Away!
