Questions about where on HCC’s campus the property is located weren’t returned by press time, but the Southwest campus is at 1600 Texas Parkway, Missouri City.

Additionally, the city launched the Restaurant Inventive Program in 2022 to attract local and national eateries to the area.

Temperatures in the region are expected to be near or below freezing from Monday night through Wednesday morning, according to the National Weather Service, which is forecasting a Tuesday night low of about 15 degrees. Much of the Houston area is expected to see between 1-3 inches of snow, with potential accumulations of 5-6 inches in some parts of the region.

Additionally, the YMCA of Greater Houston is opening its locations as warming centers on Monday, from the time they normally open until 4 p.m. All locations will be closed Tuesday and are expected to reopen no earlier than noon Wednesday.
