By using disaster911.net, you agree to our service terms. All restoration work is performed under contract per Michigan law. Payment terms are established at project initiation. Insurance billing is handled per carrier agreements.

Free estimates are non-binding until a written work authorization is signed by both parties. Quoted timelines and pricing assume access, conditions, and scope as observed at the on-site walk-through; supplements may be required if undiscovered damage is uncovered during demolition.
